-Responsible for creating and driving vision for entire beverage programs, focusing on cocktail creation, product selection & management, cost controls, and guest relations.
-Lead and direct all front of house staff in beverage service to 99- and 115-seat restaurants and dinner service for 11- and 13-seat bars, respectively.
